Barcelona Set to Play First Game at Partially Completed Camp Nou over the weekend
Barça revealed their first game will take place at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou this Saturday. The club will host the Basque side in La Liga 30 months since relocating so building work could begin.
“Returning home was our dream. Finally, it’s happening. We are back at Spotify Camp Nou.”
Attendance will be limited with 45,401 fans will be allowed to watch based on approved permits. When completed, the Camp Nou is due to hold almost 105,000 spectators, a rise from the old capacity. The club said finished work included an updated entryway for the team along with upgraded changing facilities.
